My journey

After years of living a so-called "normal life," confined to the routine of working in an open-space office, I found myself yearning for something deeper. So, I decided to follow the call of my free spirit and embark on a journey.

My path led me to distant lands and diverse cultures, where I immersed myself in the traditions and wisdom of indigenous peoples. Through these experiences, I began the profound process of deconditioning—letting go of preconceived notions of who I should be and what success truly means. Instead, I started to embrace a life of freedom, expansion, and authenticity. I sought to live in true presence and simplicity, finding balance and harmony in every aspect of my existence.

Through this journey, I discovered the true essence of prosperity—not in terms of financial wealth, but in the richness of living a life well-lived, filled with meaningful relationships, friendships, and a vocation that transcends the idea of "career." What was once a career has become a path of dedication and service, fueled by my passion and desire to share what I’ve learned with the world. My mission now is not about work; it's about living, being, and serving as a vessel for the wisdom and creativity that flows through me.

Over the years, I’ve been blessed to learn from the original peoples of the world, spending time living with different tribes in South America and Asia, delving into their rituals, and understanding their deep connection with spirit through trance states, plant allies, dance, and music. My studies have led me into the heart of the Amazon rainforest, where I’ve undergone intense dietas with the Yawanawá people under the guidance of Hushahu Yawanawá—the first woman leader of her tribe, who defied tradition to pursue her calling with the sacred plants of the forest.

In Brazil, I’ve immersed myself in the Afro-Brazilian tradition of Umbanda, exploring the practices of incorporation and mediumship through the body. My journey has also included the study of Core Shamanism through the Foundation for Shamanic Studies (FSS), created by the renowned anthropologist Michael Harner, where I’ve learned the universal practices shared by shamans around the world.

Currently, I am delving deeper into the path of Peruvian Curanderismo—a tradition of healing through the plant spirits. My studies with sacred plants like sacred tobacco continue to guide me on this path and give me strenght.

In parallel with my spiritual journey, I’ve also pursued a professional training in psychology trained under Dr. Gabor Maté, a physician and expert on trauma, where I learned how to guide others in healing from deep-seated childhood traumas. I integrate psychological approaches with somatic-based therapies and consciousness expanding modalities, and using techniques like quantum healing, plant medicines, breathwork, mindfulness, and visualization to connect with the body, mind and spirit and release trauma at the cellular level.

I see myself as an eternal student on the University of Life, committed to be in service of others and the world. My dream is of a world where people can truly connect—first with themselves and the light within their own hearts, and then with each other, in harmony, respect, and interdependence. I envision a world where everyone can express their unique genius, free from societal expectations and limitations, and where the true essence of who we are can flourish.

Choosing to free myself from conditioned pathways was the best decision I’ve ever made. Although it required facing fears of lack, of being different, and of not belonging, I have found that in the end, we truly belong—to ourselves, to the essence of our being, to the spark of our spirit, to the longing of our soul, and to nature itself.
